The Talentfinder dashboard shows your recruiters which recruiting channels deliver the best talent for which job. This way, they know exactly where the search is worthwhile and can improve their recruiting strategy in a targeted manner.

Take note: To find the best talent, you should also keep an eye on your internal recruiting channels such as the career site or referral programs. With the Talentfinder dashboard, you can quickly see what works and where there is room for improvement - for better candidates and lower costs.
